| Subculturing |
Subcultures are prepared by scraping. Remove old medium, add fresh, dislodge cells from the floor of the flask. Aspirate and dispense into new flasks. The initial subculture interval after the cells are thawed may be somewhat extended (18 to 21 days). Incubate cultures at 37°C.
Subcultivation Ratio: A subcultivation ratio of 1:2 is recommended
