Preparation is contaminated with bacteria and may be filtered through a 0.2 μm filter prior to use. Titer of filtrate will decrease by approximately 1 to 2 logs.
Effect on Host
CPE and plaques on porcine kidney cells. Can produce diarrhea in newborn pigs.
