Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): BamHI--3.35; EcoRI/HindIII--2.9, 0.45; NcoI--3.35; BglI--3.35; DraI--2.65, 0.68. The insert contains the following restriction sites (approximate kb from the 5' end): NcoI--0.21. A unique sequence probe corresponding to nt 1067-1500 of the sequence for form 2 of the receptor.
