Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI--6.1; BamHI--4.4, 1.7; BglII--5.4, 0.7; SalI/XhoI--4.6, 1.5; EcoRI/SalI--3.7, 2.4; SalI--6.1. Integration YI-type shuttle vector. Constructed by inserting a 1.7 kb HIS3-containing BamHI fragment into the BamHI site of pBR322. |
