fibroblast cell lines generated from a set of BCL-2 family member gene knockout mice.The cell lines were derived from mouse embryos with knockouts in the BCL-2, BAD, BAX, BID, and BAK genes as well as a BAX & BAK double knockout.Each knockout has been verified by qPCR testing at ATCC.
