This probe is single copy, and does not require prehybridization with human DNA. This is a subclone of lambda18A. Enzyme(s) not detecting polymorphism: BglII, PstI, HindIII, TaqI, RsaI tested with 5 individuals. The parental clone lambda18A also shows no polymorphism with AatI, BanII, DraI, PvuII, ScaI, StyI or EcoRI. |
