The order of features in the insert are - MRP7 promoter (nt 1-1092) - GAL4 (a.a. 1-93) - Estradiol receptor-alpha (a.a. 282-576) - Herpes Simplex virus protein 16 (a.a. 424-490). The start codon begins at nt 1093. The stop codon begins at nt 2497.
