The stuffer neo- EGFP is bounded by multiple cloning sites upstream and downstream.The 5' MCS consists of XhoI, EcoRI , MluI and KpnI. The 3' MCS consists of NotI, XbaI, SalI, SmaI and another NotI site.
The order of the features of this plasmid are: PGK (phosphoglycerokinase) promoter - lox - 5' MCS - neo - EGFP - 3' MCS - SV40 polyA - f1 ori - ampR - pUC ori.
