Restriction digests of the clone give the following sizes (kb): EcoRI--13.0; HindIII--9.4, 3.3; PstI--10.4, 1.7, 0.9. This plasmid vector has lambda cI857 and a pSC101 replicon. It is compatible with the pDPT427-derived replicon as well as with the ColE1 replicon. BglII-cleaved lambda cI857 was ligated into the BamHI site of pSE101. |
