Vector permitting positive selection (Spi) of recombinants. Useful for generating jumping and linking libraries and conversion to phagemid (without selection). Permits construction using partial filling-in. The restriction sites to be used for conversion to phagemid are: BspMII SalI ClaI. The sizes of the major components are (kb): arms--20.3, 9.2; stuffer fragment--13.7; phagemid segments--3.9 (longer arm), 0.7.
