A suicide vector for allelic exchange or transposon mutagenesis in Pasteurella haemolytica or P. multocida. Constructed by blunt-end ligating a 485 bp HaeII fragment (from pAKA16, trimmed with T4 DNA polymerase, and containing lacZ' and an MCS) to ScaI-digested pAKA18 (containing the pMB1 replicon). |
