This plant transformation vector is the pPZP200 vector (Plant Mol. Biol. 25 : 989-994, 1994) with added rare cutter enzyme sites. The following have been added to the polylinker between the EcoRI and HindIII sites.:

The bom site of pBR322 is present for mobilization from Escherichia coli to Agrobacterium tumefaciens. It also contains both the colE1 origin of replication for E. coli and the pVS1 origin of replication for Agrobacterium.
